I always thought I’d grow into the name “Victoria” when I became a mature adult. Well, I’m 31 now, and I still introduce myself as Tori, so… here we are. Turns out, growing older doesn’t mean growing out of being a little bit silly, a little bit wild, and a whole lot of curious.

I fully believe in living life with joy, movement, and wonder. That includes dancing ridiculously — like, full-body-flailing, lose-yourself kind of dancing. Try it. It’s magical.

When I’m not at work, I’m most likely:

  • Getting my hands dirty in the garden (started with houseplants, slowly ventured into veggies, herbs, and native Florida species)
  • Kayaking or hiking with my dogs (three, to be exact — plus my fiancé, who also comes along for the ride)
  • Practicing yoga or listening to someone like Brené Brown to remind myself I’m not alone in the mess of being human

I believe in creativity, therapy, personal growth, and the healing power of nature. I also believe that work can be meaningful and fun, and bring that spirit to everything I do — from strategy to storytelling, and every silly little detail in between.
